Winters are extremely dry and therefore we have no snow only frost at times. Our hottest months are October to January. Best time for trophy hunting is from April to September. October and November are very hot and therefore the time to hunt much shorter because of the heat during the day when it is better to stay indoors or at the pool. Summer: 32-35 C (day) and 26-28C (night) Winter: 28 C (day) and 7C (night)

DRINKING WATER

Water is safe to drink from a tap at Ozonduno Safari Ranch but also mostly throughout Namibia, with an exception on the rural areas where it is advisable to only drink bottled water, as water is not readily available everywhere.
